IsoTag™ AAV: Linear scalability

This study highlights the simplicity of scaling the ALPS-TFF process by using consistent parameters – leading to predictive performance across volumetric scales. By increasing hollow fiber filter surface area, the ALPS-TFF process scales linearly as harvest volume increases. The linear scalability of IsoTag™ AAV TFF processes offers the potential to streamline the process development required to scale affinity purification of AAV.
